AV Engineering Careers in India — Build Systems You Stand Behind
SHRITECH has integrated audio-visual systems across India for 20+ years, and every installation is done by our own engineers. If you want field work with real accountability rather than vendor supervision, this is the kind of team you would be joining.
- 25+ certified engineers in-house, no subcontracted installation
- Noida corporate office, Delhi registered office, plus Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Patna
- 500+ projects delivered for 250+ organisations over 20+ years
What the Job Looks Like Here
SHRITECH integrates audio-visual systems for businesses, institutions, corporates and venues across India, and installation work sits with our own team. We employ 25+ certified engineers in-house and do not subcontract installation to third-party labour, so the person building a system is on our payroll rather than a vendor's. Installation and post-installation support both sit inside the company, which means support work comes back to the organisation that did the install.
The Areas of Work
SHRITECH's work falls into installation by our own in-house engineers and post-installation support, and those are the two areas of work to write in about. Engineering covers installation and commissioning of the systems listed below, done by our own team on site. Project management covers co-ordination of a delivery from award through to handover. Support covers installed systems after handover.
- Engineering: installation and commissioning on site, by our own team
- Project management: co-ordination of a delivery through to handover
- Support: installed systems after handover, inside the same company
Technology You Would Work With
The product range an engineer handles here is wide. Commercial displays run from 10 inch to 110 inch. Active LED covers indoor and outdoor installations at pixel pitches from P1 to P10. Interactive panels run from 55 inch to 135 inch. Conferencing work spans EPTZ and PTZ cameras with up to 30X optical zoom and AI features, plus audio conferencing for all room sizes, wired and wireless, with omnidirectional microphones.

For SHRITECH to confirm — 15 items
- Current open vacancies: job titles, location, headcount and whether each is immediate or pipeline. Nothing on this page claims a specific opening until this is supplied.
- The role families SHRITECH actually recruits for, and the real split of responsibility between engineering, project management and support. The page names those three only as areas of work, with no task lists, because the draft's task lists (site survey, rack build, material movement, firmware, preventive checks, co-ordination with civil and electrical teams) were invented.
- Minimum qualification and years of experience for each role, and whether ITI, diploma or B.Tech holders are preferred.
- Whether freshers, interns or apprentices are taken on, and through which route.
- Salary bands, benefits (medical cover, travel and site allowance, PF, insurance) and whether any of it may be published.
- Whether a dedicated HR or careers email, phone extension or applicant tracking link exists. Only info@shritech.co and the two main numbers appear on this page, and the page assumes CVs sent to info@shritech.co reach whoever handles hiring.
- Travel and posting policy for field roles: whether engineers are stationed at a site for the length of an installation, and how outstation travel and allowances work. The draft's claim about postings running the length of a build has been removed.
- Whether the engineer who commissions a system is formally the ongoing point of contact for it, or whether support is handled separately. The draft claimed the former; the page now says only that support sits inside the company.
- Which certifications the 25+ engineers hold, and whether SHRITECH sponsors or reimburses manufacturer training. No certification or certifying body is named on this page.
- Working hours, shift pattern and on-call expectations for support and service work.
- Interview stages, expected timeline to offer and notice-period expectations. No timeline is stated on this page.
- Whether the New Delhi registered office is a staffed workplace or an address only. The page no longer describes all six locations as offices, or counts them as six offices.
- Total employee headcount beyond the 25+ engineers, if it may be stated.
- Authorised brand names, needed if any section is ever to name the product lines an engineer would be trained on. No manufacturer is named anywhere on the page.
- Whether the free site visit line belongs on a careers page at all, or should be replaced with a careers-only call to action.
