AV Solutions for Defence and Security Establishments
Briefing rooms, command and control environments, simulation setups and drone systems have to be specified for the room and installed under the access conditions the establishment sets. SHRITECH installs with its own engineers and has delivered for DRDO, the Indian Army and the National Security Guard.
- Delivered for DRDO, Indian Army, NSG and Gorkha Residency
- 25+ in-house certified engineers; installation is never subcontracted
- Drones, simulators and 3D printers supplied alongside AV systems
What changes when the client is defence & security
Briefing rooms and conference facilities
A briefing room is judged on whether the officer at the back can read the slide and hear the speaker without effort. SHRITECH matches the display to the room's longest viewing distance, using commercial displays from 10 to 110 inches, interactive panels from 55 to 135 inches, projectors, or an indoor LED wall where ambient light defeats a screen.
Command, control and operations rooms
Control rooms run continuously, so the display has to hold up to long viewing and several simultaneous sources. SHRITECH supplies active LED in pixel pitches from P1 to P10, which allows the wall to be matched to the actual viewing distance: a fine pitch where operators sit close to the surface, a coarser pitch where the wall is read from across the floor.
Drones, simulators and training equipment
SHRITECH supplied a drone setup for the Indian Army. The same product line covers simulators and 3D printers, which training establishments and technical wings may also require alongside flight equipment.

Access and clearance on a secure site
Work inside a defence or security premises is governed by the site, not by the contractor. Entry passes, vehicle permits, escorted movement, restrictions on cameras and personal devices, limited working windows and the submission of personnel details ahead of a visit are all normal on these projects. On SHRITECH's side, installation is carried out by its own certified engineers, so the personnel submitted for clearance are SHRITECH employees and not contract labour engaged for the job.
Common questions
Can SHRITECH work inside a restricted or high-security site?
Which brands do you supply?
Do you handle drone and simulation systems as well as AV?
How do you size an LED wall for a control room?
For SHRITECH to confirm — 16 items
- Any government or defence procurement registration SHRITECH holds (GeM seller listing, NSIC, DGQA or similar vendor registration) — none is claimed on this page because none was supplied.
- The names of the authorised brand partnerships, so manufacturers can be named and logos used on this page.
- What was actually installed for DRDO, the National Security Guard, Delhi Police and Gorkha Residency — these are currently referenced as clients only, with no project detail.
- Whether any defence or security client permits being cited as a named reference in tenders and technical evaluations. The page no longer offers references, because no permission is on record.
- Which certifications the in-house engineers hold and which bodies issue them, so 'certified engineers' can be substantiated if questioned.
- The background-verification or police-verification process SHRITECH follows for personnel deployed on secure sites.
- Warranty, AMC and post-installation support terms, including whether any response time can be committed to for control-room or operations-room systems. No response time is stated anywhere on this page.
- DGCA or other regulatory compliance position for drone supply, training and flight operations.
- Projector and digital podium specifications — no detail is currently available for either, so both are mentioned by name only.
- Whether photographs of any defence or security installation may be published, since the page currently has no project imagery to draw on.
- Whether post-installation service visits are carried out by the same in-house engineers who install, or by a separate support team. The page now claims in-house delivery for installation only.
- What the free site visit actually covers (survey, measurements, power and cabling checks) and whether a written or costed proposal follows it, and in what timeframe. Both were claimed in the draft without support.
- Whether operator orientation, handover training or demonstration is included in the installation scope — separately for AV systems and for drones, simulators and 3D printers.
- Whether out-of-hours, night or escorted working is accommodated on secure sites, and what mobilisation or clearance submission process SHRITECH follows.
- Whether any control room, operations room or video wall project exists beyond the News TV India newsroom installation, which is the only video wall on record and is not a control-room reference.
- Whether recording, streaming or lecture capture is offered. No recording product appears in the catalogue, so all references to recording were removed from the briefing and training copy.
