Common questions
Can you put me in touch with an existing client?
Ask us at the free site visit and consultation. We will tell you what we are able to share about comparable work for your sector, and which named clients, if any, may be contacted. Ask us at the site visit stage and we will confirm what is possible for your sector.
Do you work with government and defence organisations?
Yes. Our clients include the Indian Army, DRDO, the National Security Guard, Delhi Police and the GST Office in Noida. Each of these buyers applies its own vendor approval and site access rules, so tell us early which process applies to you. We have delivered inside defence and government premises before.
Can you deliver the same installation across several branches or sites?
We have done work of this kind. For the State Bank of India we installed queue management system kiosks in SBI branches, and for Indian Railways a railway information system kiosk at a railway station. We operate PAN India from offices in Noida, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Patna, and we never subcontract installation: the work at every site is carried out by our own in-house certified engineers.
Do you use subcontractors for installation?
No. Installation, commissioning and post-installation support are handled by our own staff, a team of more than 25 in-house certified engineers. Design, project management and installation sit in the same organisation, and we provide post-installation support after handover.
