Huddle spaces and small meeting rooms
Huddle rooms fail for different reasons than boardrooms. They are used without a technician present and often back to back through the day, so the equipment has to be simple enough for any employee to start a call unaided.
Hybrid meeting equity is an audio and camera problem
If remote participants cannot hear the far end of the table, or cannot see who is speaking, they stop contributing and the meeting quietly splits into two.
Town halls, auditoriums and large-format spaces
All-hands sessions, induction programmes and customer events need a different class of equipment to a meeting room.
