What changes when the client is healthcare
Patient information displays, signage and wayfinding
Entrance lobbies, lift lobbies, OPD waiting areas and department corridors all carry information that changes through the day. We supply commercial displays from 10 inches to 110 inches, so a small department board and a large lobby screen can come from the same display range.
Queue management and counter display systems
Queue and token systems are the part of a hospital's AV that patients deal with directly. A kiosk at the counter issues the token, a display above the counter shows the number being served, and the waiting area sees the same information at a glance.
Conference, boardroom and departmental meeting rooms
Administrative boardrooms, departmental meeting rooms and review rooms have to work on the first attempt, without anyone calling for help. We install video conferencing cameras in EPTZ and PTZ formats, with optical zoom up to 30X and AI features, so a camera at the far end of a long table still captures the speaker clearly.

Training rooms, auditoriums and medical education spaces
Teaching hospitals, nursing colleges and in-service training departments need rooms that hold a full group. Interactive panels from 55 inches to 135 inches suit classrooms and demonstration rooms where the trainer needs to write and annotate on screen. Projectors remain the practical choice for larger halls and wherever the image has to be very large for the money available. Digital podiums are supplied where the presenter needs a single fixed position at the front of the hall.
Common questions
Can the installation be carried out without disrupting OPD or ward operations?
Do you supply queue management software as well as the kiosks and displays?
Which brands do you install?
How do you decide the display size for a waiting area?
For SHRITECH to confirm — 16 items
- Which hospital clients, cities and project scopes SHRITECH is permitted to publish. The page still references unnamed hospitals only, which is the single weakest point on an otherwise specific page.
- Whether the State Bank of India and Indian Railways kiosk work may be cited on a healthcare page. These are the only queue and public information kiosk projects on record, and the page now names both.
- Whether a signage content management platform is supplied and supported, how content is scheduled, and whether it is licensed per screen.
- Whether queue and token management software, and its integration with hospital information or HMS systems, is in scope or whether SHRITECH supplies hardware only.
- What facilities the digital podium actually provides, for example laptop connectivity, gooseneck microphone, touch panel or source selection. No detail is held, so the page says only that podiums are supplied.
- Whether the interactive panels supplied include annotation saving, file sharing or whiteboard software, since no panel software capability is on record.
- Which AI features the supported video conferencing cameras actually provide, for example auto-framing or speaker tracking, so the page can name them instead of saying 'AI features'.
- Whether post-installation support is offered as an AMC, and what the commercial options are. No response times, SLAs or support durations are stated anywhere on this page.
- Whether a handover walkthrough or orientation for facilities and department staff is part of standard project scope or charged separately. The draft's claim of a room-by-room walkthrough at handover has been removed until this is confirmed.
- Warranty terms that may be stated publicly for supplied equipment, including whether SHRITECH adds anything beyond the manufacturer warranty. No warranty claim now appears on the page.
- Whether the engineers who conduct the site survey are also on the installing team, which the draft asserted and which the no-subcontracting fact does not establish.
- Whether any contractor safety induction, site-access or infection-control credentials relevant to hospital projects can be cited, rather than only stating that the facility's own rules are followed.
- Whether nursing homes, diagnostic chains or medical colleges are existing client types, so the page can widen beyond 'hospitals and healthcare institutions'.
- Whether SHRITECH has delivered specialised clinical AV such as operation theatre integration, nurse call interfacing or telemedicine rooms. The page deliberately does not claim any of these.
- Brand partner names and whether the client permits them to be published, since 'renowned AV brands' is weak for a procurement reader.
- Whether a healthcare case study with even minimal detail, such as city, building type and systems installed, can be released without naming the hospital.
