AV Solutions for Business, Government and Institutions Across India
Procurement is not the same thing in a government tender, a branch rollout, a campus phase and a corporate fit-out. SHRITECH designs and installs AV systems for all four, with 20+ years of work behind us and our own engineers on every site.
- 20+ years, 500+ projects, 250+ organisations served
- Installation by 25+ in-house engineers, never subcontracted
- PAN India from Noida, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Patna
Choose the sector that matches how you buy
A tender, a campus rollout and a corporate fit-out are different purchases. Each page speaks to its own process.
Three things worth knowing first
Government and defence
Government and defence purchases run through tender and empanelment processes, where documentation, compliance and site-access rules shape the project as much as the equipment list. Installation often happens inside secured premises within fixed working windows.
Banking, financial services and branch networks
A branch network is a replication problem more than a design problem. The specification is settled once, then repeated across locations that differ in power, cabling, ceiling height and footfall, and the result has to be supportable in cities where the buying team has no presence of its own.
Education: classroom and lecture-hall installations
Campus projects are bought in phases and used by people who did not specify them. A classroom panel has to work for a lecturer who has had no training on it, and a room commissioned in a later phase has to behave like the rooms commissioned first.
Common questions
Do you work with government and defence buyers?
Can you deliver the same room standard across branches in different cities?
Which equipment brands do you supply?
For SHRITECH to confirm — 16 items
- The sector names and nav labels SHRITECH wants as child pages — the groupings used here are Government and defence, Banking and financial services, Education and campuses, Corporate offices, Healthcare, Transport and public infrastructure, Media and broadcast, Auditoriums and event venues
- Manufacturer and brand names SHRITECH is authorised for — none are named anywhere on the page, and the brands FAQ offers to share the list on request, so confirm that offer is acceptable
- Permission to publish each client name, especially DRDO, Indian Army, National Security Guard, Delhi Police, Gorkha Residency, SBI and Indian Railways — confirm no NDA or security restriction before this page goes live
- Project scope detail for DRDO, Delhi Police, National Security Guard, GST Office Noida, Gorkha Residency, HLL, ICRIER, Tata Power and Sources Unlimited — all are named without description, and Tata Power, ICRIER and Sources Unlimited are deliberately not tied to any sector because their scope is unknown
- Hospital client names and what was installed, or confirmation that hospital work must stay unnamed and undescribed
- Whether SHRITECH's installation personnel hold, or can obtain, security clearances or police verification for defence and restricted sites — no clearance capability is claimed on the page
- Empanelment, GeM registration or other vendor-registration credentials for government buying — the page claims none, and the government FAQ is written to work without them
- Warranty terms that come with supplied equipment — no warranty period, coverage or manufacturer-warranty claim appears anywhere on the page
- AMC, support and post-installation service scope — no response times, SLAs or service windows are claimed
- Whether night, weekend and off-peak installation working is offered for premises that stay open during the work — the page no longer states it
- What office and home automation actually covers in practice (lighting, HVAC, access, room control) — no sub-capability is named
- Projector and digital podium specifications (brightness, resolution, throw, podium features) — neither carries a spec row because no detail exists
- Whether retail, hospitality or hotel work has been delivered — retail is no longer claimed and hospitality is not presented as a sector, as there is no named client in either
- What the free site visit formally includes, who attends, and whether a written specification or quotation follows it — the page describes the visit without promising a deliverable
- One case study per sector with room counts and scope, so each child page can carry real project detail
- Whether sector pages should carry the Rs. budget bands buyers ask for, and if so the ranges SHRITECH is willing to publish
