Conference Room AV Solutions, Designed Around Your Room
A conference room works when the far end hears every seat and anyone in the room can start the meeting without help. We design, supply and install the display, audio, camera and control as one system, sized to the room you have.

A small huddle room and a large boardroom are not the same system at two different prices. As the room gets longer, the distance from the display to the last chair grows, so the screen has to get bigger or change technology altogether. The table gets longer, so a single microphone at the centre no longer reaches the ends. Higher ceilings and hard surfaces make the room more reverberant, so speech needs processing to stay intelligible.
Sizing the display for the farthest seat
We size the screen against two things: the distance from the display to the last chair, and the smallest text your teams actually put on screen. Spreadsheets and drawings need more screen than slide decks do. Our commercial display range runs from 10 inches to 110 inches, and interactive panels from 55 to 135 inches where the room also needs annotation and whiteboarding.
Microphone coverage across a long table
Displays get budgeted for because everyone can see them. Microphone coverage is harder to argue for and easier to trim, and the far end hears the result straight away. If the people at the ends of a long table are not covered, they are not really in the meeting, however good the screen is. Coverage should be counted against seat positions and table geometry rather than against the floor area of the room.

For SHRITECH to confirm — 19 items
- Brand names of SHRITECH's authorised partnerships, so the page can state which manufacturers are supported
- Which conferencing platforms the room kit is certified or tested for, if any, and whether certification documents can be shared with a quotation (no platform or vendor is named anywhere on the page at present)
- Which AI features the EPTZ and PTZ conferencing cameras support, for example auto framing or speaker tracking
- Projector specifications carried: brightness, resolution and throw types
- Digital podium specifications and what it integrates, and whether it is relevant to boardrooms or only to auditoriums and lecture halls
- Which subsystems the office automation range controls in a meeting room: lighting, blinds, screens, HVAC
- The smallest and largest rooms SHRITECH typically fits out, by seat count or table length, if the page is to state a range. The draft's "4 to 40 seat" claim had no source and has been removed
- What the free site visit covers and what the client receives afterwards: measurements, sightline study, layout drawing, equipment schedule or BOQ. The page now describes the visit only in general terms
- Whether cable route, containment and table-box planning with the client's interiors and electrical contractors is within SHRITECH's scope, and at what project stage SHRITECH wants to be involved
- Whether design or documentation becomes chargeable if the order does not proceed, given that the page states the visit and consultation are free
- Whether wireless presentation or content-sharing devices are part of the catalogue (not in the fact list, so the page does not claim them)
- Whether room booking or scheduling panels are offered
- Whether acoustic treatment is supplied by SHRITECH or coordinated with the client's interiors contractor
- Post-installation support terms: warranty period, AMC options and any response commitment. The page currently makes no promise on any of these
- Whether handover or user training is included after commissioning
- How multi-city installations are actually staffed, since the page now says only that SHRITECH's own engineers install in each location
- Any boardroom or meeting-room project that may be named with detail, with client permission, for a case study block on this page
- Indicative price bands for a small, medium and large room, if the client wants figures shown
- Typical installation lead time, if the client wants it stated
